Brand building is an indispensable practice for a business to have great goodwill and expand the business further. In today’s world, digital media plays a vital role in achieving this task. First, however, it is crucial to understand what direction to go in to have the right media coverage.

Mavens & Moguls is a global branding and digital marketing firm whose mission is to bring world-class marketing talent and expertise to organizations that want to make a difference in the world, regardless of size or budget. The firm believes that every organization deserves the right words and pictures to tell its story in compelling ways.

The prominent digital marketing firm is headed by Paige Arnof-Fenn – Founder & CEO.

The Unconventional Entrepreneurial Journey

Paige’s journey as an entrepreneur has been unconventional. When reminiscing about her prior experiences, the dynamic leader says, “I became an entrepreneur and took the leap right after 9/11 when the company I worked for cut their marketing. I had nothing to lose.” Being an entrepreneur gives her a platform to do work she truly enjoys working for people she respects. Furthermore, the Founder always stays true to her core beliefs, which is why loyalty, trust, authenticity, and confidence are mirrored in the services of Mavens & Moguls.

A Network Of Seasoned Marketing Experts

According to Paige, Mavens & Moguls is a network of seasoned marketing experts who can do anything a marketing department, market research shop, public relations firm, or ad agency does on an as-needed or outsourced basis. In addition, the leading firm helps its clients tell their stories in compelling ways to create interest and has resources in major metro areas across the country and around the world.

The passionate leader and her expert team are storytellers and content creators who assist their clients in compelling ways by finding the right words and pictures to create interest in their products and services. They believe that people do not recall facts and data, but that if you tell them an emotional tale, they will pay attention and want to hear more. People want to be educated, informed, and entertained, so the talented team likes to figure out how to convey a story in a way that draws attention and breaks through the noise.

I think being authentic, confident, empathetic, providing substance, and staying relevant are all the qualities we need right now.

Embracing New Technologies

Technology does not have to be isolating; it can also be utilized to foster community and relationships in the real world. So, for the past 1.5 years, Paige and her team have been staying put and meeting virtually instead. They are using Zoom, and Skype calls to connect with each other. This woman entrepreneur has discovered that developing trusting relationships drives her business, and technology supports them once they are solidified. Although technology helps advance the conversation, it will never be able to replace the human interaction that builds trust over time.

Create a Culture with a Growth Mindset

Paige considers herself fortunate to have worked with companies with growth mindsets, such as Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, during her career, and she has attempted to instill a similar culture in her own company. The versatile leader believes that with a growth mindset, people never stop learning and experimenting; they are focused on the future and see opportunities ahead by creating a culture of learning and growth. She also encourages her employees to use a combination of online and offline reading and learning, and attend conferences and lectures, network, follow influencer newsletters, TED speeches, podcasts, find mentors, and listen to all feedback, both positive and negative. In addition, Paige attempts to lead by example and emphasizes professional development to keep skills fresh and stay on top of new trends and technology in order to stay relevant and keep growing.

Responsibilities As An Industry Leader In PR

I am the name, face, and voice of the brand. Communication is key to all of our community and employee engagement and, ultimately our success. I try to set the tone up front with one rule, when in doubt, over-communicate, especially now with everyone working remotely,” says Paige. Between the pandemic and the possibility of a recession, leaders have a unique opportunity to engage with worried citizens and focus on the underlying significance of their message. She believes that leaders must recognize that things have changed. They must communicate in such a way that the audience will be more focused, allowing them to build a bridge from now to tomorrow by integrating information and needs and synthesizing feelings and facts. There has never been a more important time to provide accurate, empathetic communication with transparency, truthfulness, and timeliness.

The Future Road Map

Successful businesses post-pandemic must be adaptable/agile, strong communicators, and have a growth mindset. They will be inclusive and collaborative since we never know when the next crisis will strike, so the ability to adapt to change is important. Staying flexible now is critical to survival and, ultimately success. Mavens & Moguls will measure productivity in the future by what it can do, not how much it does.

Fight Pandemic With Humanity And Compassion

The COVID-19 pandemic has left a heavy toll on the world. Everyone is battling to find a new normal right now, so the key is to display our humanity and compassion while keeping an eye on one another. Paige always reminds her clients that whether they are B2B or B2C, every business is P2P, and connecting on a personal level is what matters most. “People connect with brands they know, like, and trust and customer loyalty can change, but if they have a great experience and relationship with your brand, you can keep them by staying in communication. Especially post-pandemic, show them they are respected, loved and needed. We have all been through a lot, so it is a smart investment to make this a priority,” shares Paige.
